NetM Corporate Solutions is a growing organization committed to delivering excellence in corporate services. We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and support our people operations in Brookefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing,

onboarding).

Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.

Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in training and development initiatives.

Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of HR experience in corporate or consulting environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
