Job Summary:

We e looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Rajratan Electricals Pvt. Ltd. in Kathwada. As an HR Executive, youll be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring statutory and legal compliances, and handling payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

- Ensure statutory and legal compliances, including labor laws and regulations

- Handle payroll activities, including salary processing and benefits administration

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in MLW/MSW/MBA/PGDHRM

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent skills in payroll management and statutory compliances

- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
