Source and screen BPO candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records.
Business Development (BD):
Engage in BD activities for freelancers.
Foster relationships with freelancers for potential collaboration.
Coordination:
Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities in house.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with candidates, freelancers, and stakeholders.
Ensure clear and timely communication regarding recruitment and BD processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
