Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers

• Explain products/services and guide customers through the sales process

• Convert leads into sales through effective pitching and follow-ups

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in CRM

• Handle customer objections and ensure a smooth sales experience

Skills & Requirements

• Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Prior Inside Sales experience preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
