Job Description
  • Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide product/service information, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Achieve sales targets by following up on leads, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including lead conversion rates and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
