Job Description
  • Keep all candidates updated about the latest immersions via phone, email, chats
  • Maintain a database of the entire history of previous immersion programs
  • Act as the eyes and ear for the immersion team to keep the feedback flowing and help with the iterative improvement of the satisfaction levels from the immersion program
  • Manage the preparation of candidates for immersion programs to ensure maximum learner count for immersion intake.

Job Roles-

-Excellent written and spoken communication skills

-Data management

-High customer-centricity, to understand student expectations and resolve their queries, also the ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy

-Good problem-solving and follow-up skills

Ability to manage clear internal communication.

Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory
