: - Perform surprise audits of fulfilment centres (FC) - Complete the standard control checklists during field audit - Identify additional areas of concerns having direct or indirect financial impact / service quality - Discuss and agree observations with Senior Manager of FC - Validate suspicious/fraudulent transactions identified through data analytics by HQ team - Assist HQ team in validating allegations received in whistle-blower complaints - Gather Market Intelligence by independently meeting employees / vendors / prospective vendors / etc - Travel involves one week per month
