• Conduct regular one-on-one learner connect sessions to assess their career goals,

aspirations, and challenges.

• Assist learners in developing both technical and soft skills to meet industry demands
• Maintain detailed records of learner interactions, progress, and outcomes.
• Prepare and present analytical reports to highlight learner success stories and areas

of focus.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT), Master’s

preferred.

• 0.6- 1 year of manual outbound calling experience or fresher with proactive approach and

excellent communication.

• Being a Cyber-Security enthusiast is a plus.
• Proven track record in business development or career counseling roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Empathy and a learner-centric approach to mentorship.
