Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee – Recruitment, you will be trained in end-to-end hiring processes for both IT and Non-IT roles. You’ll learn how to source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with clients. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in talent acquisition and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Learn and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews

✅ Recruitment & Selection:

• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for feedback and next steps
• Maintain candidate pipelines for various job roles

✅ HR Operations & Reporting:

• Keep records updated in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Generate daily/weekly recruitment reports

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Eager to learn about IT and Non-IT recruitment

🔹 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

🔹 Any internship or prior experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
