• Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain ISO cleanrooms, dry rooms, HVAC systems, chillers, STP/ETP/WTP, PEB buildings, and utilities.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure statutory compliance.
• Efficiency & Cost Control: Optimize maintenance operations, control budgets, and manage vendors effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Admin, Production, and Engineering teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling programs.
