System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all software systems are working and provide support from developers to end users. She/ he will also be responsible for implementation of software and logical design flow.

Major Accountabilities:

• Monitoring systems and server side software to ensure systems are working.
• Escalating problems pro-actively & Collecting and reporting errors and improvements to appropriate teams.
• Participating in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
• Working with business, developers and quality control teams to resolve and document issues.
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge base, support scripts, documentation and procedures.
• Development of functional specs & ER diagrams.
• Designing of front-end Modules, which include logical flow design.
• Implementation of all software
• Coordinating between the developers and End users.
• Preparing of Training plans and training to the user
• Submission of Weekly work list.
