Role Overview

Design mechanical components and assemblies used in UCAM’s CNC rotary tables, indexers, and other systems. Work with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver precise mechanical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and validate mechanical designs, assemblies, tolerance stacks

• Use CAD / FEA tools for design, stress analysis

• Interface with vendors, manufacturing for DFM / DFA

• Prototype testing, iteration, and refinement

• Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, drawings

Qualifications & Skills

• BE / B.Tech / ME in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Design

• 2–5 years experience in mechanical product design

• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)

• Experience with FEA, GD&T, tolerance design

• Good communication and team skills
