1. Knowledge on thermoplastics, elastomers, metals & plating materials
2. Knowledge on manufacturing process like molding, stamping, plating & Assembly processes
3. Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up, tool-UG NX & team Centre
4. Exposure to connector test specification / OEM specifications
5. Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
6. Problem solving & analytical capabilities
7. Work experience in connector industry / automotive domain is added advantage
8. Exposure to plastic injection molding tooling, sheet metal (forming, stamping) tools, connector assembly tools
9. Experience/participation in DRBFM/focus matrix and FMEA for connector
10. Knowledge in project management tools like MS project & other MS office tools.
11. Proficient in English language. German language will be added advantage
