We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Operations & Technology Coordinator to oversee internal team operations and streamline technical workflows. This role involves vendor coordination, CRM management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of e-commerce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational workflows and team activities.

• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Administer and optimize Zoho CRM usage across departments.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce platforms and tools.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement tech-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with online platforms, CRM systems (preferably Zoho), and digital tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and digital workflow systems.

• Leadership or team coordination experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
