1. Scrutiny and uploading of medical reports based on the Quality Check checklist
2. Medical Report Follow-up from the Diagnostic Centers
3. Grievance Handling in report error
4. Daily follow- up with the medical centres for dispatch of medical reports
5. To send daily Show/ No- Show modifications to Status Team,
6. To update medical status in the system -Show/ No- Show
7. Follow up with the diagnostic centres for any query received from Corporate and closure of same within agreed TAT
8. To ensure medical reports TAT targets are met month on month.
9. Effective coordination with internal departments (like Call Centre, QC Team, Billing Team, other location Branches)
10. Ensure all queries related to Corporate/diagnostic centers are handled effectively
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
Graduate/Postgraduate with Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Diagnostic Sentre, Insurance/ TPA industry
Good understanding of Life Insurance operations
Team Handling
Good Knowledge of MS Office
Strong process & team management skills
Hindi is mandatory.
