We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The PHP Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining web applications and services. You will work closely with the front-end and back-end teams to create efficient, scalable, and robust web solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Database Integration: Work with MySQL or other relational databases to integrate backend systems and ensure data integrity and performance.
• API Development & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs to extend the functionality of web applications.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Testing & Documentation: Write unit tests and participate in code reviews. Maintain technical documentation for the developed features and systems.
• Security & Performance: Implement security best practices to ensure the application is secure from common vulnerabilities. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Version Control: Use Git or other version control systems to manage code changes and ensure proper collaboration with the team.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile sprints, providing input during sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in PHP development. Experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and web development best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery).
• Familiarity with MVC architecture and working with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and JSON.
• Proficient with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
