We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Planner in our Project Management team in India. This role will be based out in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will work as part of global teams and experience international interaction on a daily basis.


Requirements


• Build and maintain baseline schedules for Project Delivery Managers
• Build initial plans from Excel based costing tools and reviewed with Project Delivery Managers on a frequent basis
• Support scheduling activities for new projects with multiple stakeholders
• Report monthly performance against plans, including risks to key milestones and interim client deliverables
• Conduct scheduled reviews with Project Delivery Managers to ensure that project plan dependencies are updated on at least a weekly basis
• Manage project scoping and helped to support the identification and documentation of out of scope activities
• Provide SME support in MSP


Preferred Skills:


• Excel to an advanced level is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively to many different levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
