We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PL/SQL Developer to design, implement, and maintain Oracle database applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PL/SQL programming and a deep understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and performance tuning. You will work closely with application developers, data analysts, and business teams to support and enhance database functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and maintain PL/SQL code including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and integration.
• Work with front-end and middleware developers to support seamless integration of database logic with application components.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in the design and implementation of database schemas, tables, views, and indexes.
• Review code and contribute to best practices for database development and performance.
• Assist in data migration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Ensure database code and scripts comply with security and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PL/SQL development on Oracle databases.
• Strong command of SQL and experience writing complex queries.
• Familiarity with Oracle tools (e.g., SQL*Plus, TOAD, SQL Developer).
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports or APEX is a plus.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
• Familiarity with other databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
