About the job



Designation: Pre-Sales Intern

Experience: Freshers-1yr

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout


Work Type: Hybrid (Should be available to report to office when required)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Week Off: Weekly off will be provided between Monday to Friday only. Candidates must work on Saturdays and Sundays due to high customer engagement during these days.


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

● Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.

● Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client

Relationship Management, and related tasks.

● Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.

● Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

● Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customers

passionately.


Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is

preferred.

● Experience: Fresher to 1yr

● Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must) English, Hindi (Preferable)

● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to

market changes and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Notice Period: Immediately available
