Job Description
  • Client Engagement & Retention: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that align with clients needs, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions that support their goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess client satisfaction and service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance the client experience.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client feedback is integrated into service offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge.
