JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Relationship Manager, your role involves two types of marketing: insides sales and outside

sales. Youll run campaigns in malls and other locations to find potential customers. Additionally,

youll arrange and conduct test drives and product demonstrations for customers.

 Understand what a Relationship Manager does.

 Be familiar with sales and marketing, especially in the automotive industry.

 Understand basic car details, including models, specs, and prices.

 Know the different cars that Maruti Suzuki offers.

 Understand the differences between cars sold through Nexa and Arena.

 Be aware of the features of various cars, and the differences between high-end and

mid-range models, including their prices at Nexa and Arena.

 Know how to sell cars and persuade customers.

 Be ready to handle and solve customer requests and problems.

 Know how to drive and have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
