Tidy Rabbit, a leading waste management company, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:


- Generate New Leads: Work closely with the lead generation executive to identify and create a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.

- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Conduct cold calls and follow up on warm leads to convert prospects into long-term clients.

- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitive offerings to refine sales approaches.

- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.

- Team Collaboration: Provide guidance to the lead generation team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and provide regular performance reports to management.



Qualifications:


- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, and lead nurturing.

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in sales (experience in waste management or related industries is a plus).
