Job Description

As a Salesperson Intern, you will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in closing sales. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and market research, helping you develop essential business and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Support the sales team in cold calling, emailing, and following up on leads.
  • Help maintain and update the customer database.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide product/service information and answer customer inquiries.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

3. Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Help with order processing and tracking sales activities.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategies.

5. Administrative & Learning Activities:

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
  • Assist in maintaining sales records and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
