• Understand Flexera One Suite application - ITV and ITAM, the domains - Software Asset Management (SAM) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and role Content plays in meeting the requirements of our customers.
• Understand underlying schematics of Flexera s Content libraries, data, and data patterns in the library. Understand different data sets in SAM and HAM domain - Licensing, Lifecyle, Security, Sustainability.
• Know Customers, internal stakeholders, teams and internal tools, automation and processes.
• Tie all of this together and understand the What Why of our solutions and How do we add value to our customers.
• Perform research on new data and updates of Software Hardware products from Manufacturers and other public sources. and its attributes and extract relevant details.
• Analyze data collected by automated crawlers and help separation of good data v/s bad data and make automation better
• Proactively (from manual research and automation) augment and enrich library catalog for S/w and H/W products.
• Process raw evidence of s/w application and hardware devices for recognition.
• Responsible for completeness, correctness, consistency and timeliness of data updates.
• Review and spot patterns in data (for repeating patterns and error patterns), apply analytics to it and enrich data, or and fix error records.
• Effective use of Content curation tools and automation, become an expert in using it for content curation and enrichment. Suggests improvements in tooling and automation.
