Job Title : Senior Enterprise Sales Manager - Co-operative Banks


Location: Mumbai, India


Experience : 7+ years in BFSI Sales / Enterprise Sales (Co-operative Banks, Urban Co operative Banks, Small Finance Banks)

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients in the co-operative banking sector (UCBs, state co-operative banks, credit societies).

Develop tailored sales strategies to address challenges like digital transformation, KYC automation, and risk management in co-operative banks.

Build strong relationships with senior management, IT heads, and compliance officers in co-operative banks.

Understand pain points (fraud prevention, manual processes, RBI compliance) and position AI-driven solutions effectively.

Drive end-to-end sales cycles - lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Collaborate with product & tech teams to customize solutions for co-operative banks unique needs.

Monitor RBI guidelines, co-operative banking trends, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Key Requirements:

7+ years in BFSI enterprise sales, with strong exposure to co-operative banks, UCBs, or small finance banks.

Deep understanding of co-operative banking operations, KYC/AML, lending processes, and fraud risks.

Proven track record in selling SaaS, fintech, or digital banking solutions to co operative banks.

Excellent stakeholder management (comfortable engaging with bank CEOs, IT heads, and compliance teams).

Strong negotiation & presentation skills (ability to articulate ROI and regulatory benefits).

Willingness to travel across Maharashtra & India to meet co-operative bank clients.


Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in selling AI/ML, digital onboarding, or risk management solutions to co operative banks.

MBA (Finance/Banking) or relevant certifications.
