📌 Key Responsibilities:

 ✅ Engage with customers to understand their requirements and help them find suitable matches

 ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention

 ✅ Guide and support customers throughout their journey on the platform

 ✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to renewals, upgrades, and service delivery

 ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently

🎯 Requirements:

 ✔ Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

 ✔ Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) along with good communication skills in English

 ✔ 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or inside sales (preferably B2C / service industry)

 ✔ Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

 ✔ Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

🗓 Work Details:

 📍 Location: Bangalore

 🕘 6-day working | Sunday fixed off

 💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC
