Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Reels Creator Intern to join our content team.

You will be responsible for brainstorming, shooting, and editing engaging Instagram Reels (and other

short-form videos) that boost brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conceptualize and create original, trendy, and high-quality Instagram Reels.

 Stay up-to-date with viral trends, audio, hashtags, and transitions.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand campaigns.

 Edit raw footage into polished final cuts using mobile apps or editing tools.

 Maintain a consistent posting schedule and suggest content ideas.

 Capture behind-the-scenes, product showcases, how-to, or storytelling reels.

 Track the performance of content and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

 Pursuing a degree in Media, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.

 Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts trends.

 Basic editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush.

 Good on-camera presence or ability to direct shoot-worthy scenes.

 Creativity, consistency, and strong visual storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills:

 Portfolio of past Reels or short-form video content (personal or professional).

 Understanding of brand tone and aesthetic.

 Interest in fashion, tech, lifestyle, education, or the industry of the brand.

 Graphic design or thumbnail design skills are a bonus.
