Internship Role: Soft Skills & Behavioral Training Intern

About the Role:

 We e looking for an enthusiastic intern to support the development of soft skills training programs tailored for enterprise learners. This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in the workplace and wants to craft impactful learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to designing soft skills training modules (communication, leadership, teamwork, etc.) for enterprise clients.

Research and benchmark behavioral training trends and incorporate insights into training content.

Help build engaging scenarios, role-plays, and assessments to bring soft skills learning to life.

Collaborate with L&D experts to align training content with business outcomes.

Who You Are:

Pursuing studies in Psychology, HR, Business, or related fields.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Interested in behavioral sciences, adult learning, or coaching.

Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative in nature.
