Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of goods
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and inventory checks
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Support in training and guiding junior store staff
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Prepare reports on stock movement, sales, and shrinkage
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in retail or store management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Work Environment:
- Retail or warehouse setting depending on the company
- Active, hands-on role requiring time on the sales floor or store floor
