Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator

Location: Gujarat region (JBM plant & supplier park)

Experience: 2–4 years in logistics / material handling / supply chain

Role Summary:

Support the supply chain team in inbound/outbound logistics and material handling processes, ensuring timely supply of parts for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, transporters and internal teams for inbound parts and finished goods.

• Track deliveries, reconcile material receipts, update ERP/stock records.

• Monitor logistics cost, lead times, damage/defect rates and propose improvements.

• Assist in planning packaging, material flow, warehousing—especially for high-volume auto components.

• Generate logistic MSIs/reports, escalate delays or disruptions.

• Maintain compliance with safety and material handling standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering or equivalent.

• 2+ years experience in logistics in manufacturing environment.

• Strong Excel / MS Office skills; ERP exposure preferred.

• Good coordination, vendor interaction and time-management capability.

Preferred:

• Experience in auto-components supply chain, familiarity with Just-in-Time (JIT) / Kanban systems.
