Job Summary : Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various HR functions.

6 Days of working (Mon-Sat)

Working Hours : 11am-8pm (9hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Qualifications:

Any Bachlers degree Qualification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Able to Source and Schedule Interviews.
