🔎 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic Telesales team. The ideal candidate must have prior telesales experience, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
✅ Key Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only
Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory
Education: Graduate (any stream – must be completed)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales and team handling
Joining: Immediate joiners only
Interview Mode: Face-to-face (no telephonic/video interviews)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a telesales team, ensuring daily targets and KPIs are met
Provide training, coaching, and motivation to team members
Monitor call quality, performance, and provide regular feedback
Prepare and share performance reports with management
Handle escalations and support the team in achieving sales goals
💰 Salary:
Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
