Job Description
  1. Customer problem-solving: Handle support tickets, Slack chats, and escalations by troubleshooting deep technical issues and providing clarity to users.
  2. Product expertise: Act as the last line of defense for OpenAI products, with deep familiarity and troubleshooting ability for ChatGPT, the API platform, and emerging AI tools.
  3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, technical success, and go-to-market teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  4. Process improvement: Capture insights from customer interactions to build scalable support processes, internal knowledge bases, and automated solutions.
  5. Coverage & culture: Participate in on‑call rotations (including weekends/holidays), help foster a supportive team culture, and share knowledge across the organization.
