Your typical day will involve deploying the automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration using Microsoft Azure IaaS.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Automate the deployment of cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on cloud infrastructure best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Must To Have Skills: Experience in automating the deployment of cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure best practices and standards. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful cloud infrastructure solutions.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Software/Application/Cloud Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. You will also be responsible for L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products.
