- Develop Sales opportunities from Leads generated.
- Achieve Weekly & Monthly targets, both on the Input & Output parameters.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Desired skills and experience:
- Graduates with at least 6 months of experience in Tele Sales
- Should have basic Computer knowledge.
- Experience in achieving sales targets/ quotas.
- Language proficiency in English and Kannada
- Self-driven, proactive, with high levels of urgency and ownership.
- Service-oriented.
The selection process will be an Operations round plus a Client Selection round
