Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over phone calls, explaining loan products, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for field executives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to customers and explain various loan products such as Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.

● Understand customer requirements and offer the best financial solution.

● Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

● Coordinate with field sales executives for follow-ups and closures.

● Maintain call records and update CRM with customer interactions.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

● Provide accurate product information and ensure excellent customer service.

● Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and redirect if required.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in financial products preferred.

● Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).

● Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.

● Basic knowledge of loan products is a plus.

● Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.

● Female candidates preferred as per role requirement.
