Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or CRM systems
  • Introduce the company’s products/services and explain features and benefits
  • Generate leads and set up appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections confidently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects
  • Work closely with the sales or marketing team to optimize campaign results
  • Provide feedback on call trends, customer concerns, and market insights

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus
  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fluent in [mention languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude

Work Environment:

  • Office-based or hybrid (depending on company policy)
