Job Summary:
The Home Loan Sales Officer is responsible for generating and closing home loan leads. This role involves visiting potential clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable loan products, and ensuring a smooth loan application process.

The officer will work to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients through various channels such as real estate, Builders, referrals, and direct marketing efforts.
• Conduct field visits to prospective clients to explain loan products and services.


2. Client Consultation:
• Understand client’s financial needs and guide suitable loan options.
• Conduct initial assessment of client’s financial status to determine loan eligibility.


3. Sales and Relationship Management:
• Promote and sell home loan products to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate partners, and other stakeholders.


4. Loan Application Process:
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of loan applications.


5. Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.


6. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market developments and client needs.


7. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.


Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in home loan sales or related fields.

Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of home loan products and the mortgage industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel frequently for field visits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Work Environment: This is a field-based role with significant time spent visiting clients and partners.
